Pop him into the soil beside your houseplant or in the garden, and he will tell you exactly when it is time to water. When the soil is moist, Willy stays his usual warm terracotta shade; as the soil dries, he lightens in colour — a simple, at-a-glance signal that your plant needs a drink.

Finished with gift wrapping, if you'd like it — simply add it at checkout.

No batteries, no apps, no fuss — just a friendly face peeking out of the pot as a clever little houseplant gadget for the indoor garden. A delightful, genuinely useful, and quirky novelty gift for a houseplant lover, a keen gardener, or anyone who has ever lost a plant to uncertain watering — perfect for a birthday, Christmas, a new home, a teacher, or an easy stocking filler.

Also available as a set of 3.

Why we love this: Overwatering kills just as many houseplants as underwatering, and most of us are guessing. Willy solves that problem in the most charming way possible — and we defy anyone to look at his little face peeking out of a plant pot and not smile.
