Refund policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Croft & Cleo purchase.
Returns window: You may return most items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return postage: Unless your item is faulty or was sent in error, the cost of return postage is your responsibility. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or replacement.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bath, body or skincare products. Items marked as final sale are non-returnable unless faulty.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
