Free delivery on UK orders

Where we deliver: Throughout the United Kingdom, including mainland Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland, as well as to Canada, New Zealand and the United States.

Delivery charges: UK delivery is free on all orders. For orders delivered to Canada or the United States, a standard delivery charge of £24.99 applies, with free delivery on orders of £100 or more. For orders delivered to New Zealand, a standard delivery charge of £24.99 applies, with free delivery on orders of £120 or more.

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays). During busy periods such as Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer — we will always notify you of any significant delay.

Delivery times: Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days of dispatch. The Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and some remote areas may take a little longer. Deliveries to Canada, New Zealand and the United States will generally take longer, depending on international carrier transit times.

Tracking: You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details where available.

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification (or longer for international orders), please contact us and we will investigate.
