Shipping
We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. UK orders typically arrive within 3-5 working days of dispatch. We use Royal Mail for most deliveries and provide a tracking number with every order so you can follow your package's journey.
International shipping is available to selected countries. Delivery times vary by location, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging.
To arrange a return:
- Contact us with your order number
- 2. Receive a prepaid returns label
- 3. Send your item back
- 4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days and will be returned to your original payment method.
