Croft & Cleo is a trading name of An Larach Holdings, a Partnership registered in Scotland. Registered address: An Larach House, Fassach, IV4 7HT. Croft & Cleo is not VAT registered.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send your dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order, in which case no charge will be made or a full refund issued.

All prices are in pounds sterling (£). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will contact you before proceeding if an error has affected your order.

Products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you promptly to arrange a refund or alternative.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
