Slate coasters engraved with your logo, design or wording, made to order from Highland slate for weddings, conferences, corporate gifting and special events. A practical keepsake that guests and clients will take home and actually use.
How ordering works: choose your edge style and your quantity. The coasters are packed in boxes of six, so orders start at 6 and rise in multiples: 12, 24, 36, 48, 60, 96 or 120. The more you order, the lower the price per coaster.
Two edge styles:
Natural edge keeps the slate's own edge, so each coaster has a slightly individual outline and a rustic, organic feel that suits barns, marquees and country venues.
Straight edge has clean, cut edges for a neater, more uniform look on the table, well suited to branded or corporate settings.
Ideas for events: wedding table favours and place settings, conference and event welcome gifts, client and staff thank-yous, hotel, restaurant and venue branding, charity evenings, anniversaries and memorials.
What we need from you: your logo or design (a clear, high-resolution file gives the best result), plus any names, dates or wording you would like engraved. Add these using the upload and message boxes on this page before you add to your basket. You can have the same design on every coaster, or several designs across your order; just let us know. We will always check back with you before engraving if anything needs clarifying.
Size: approximately 10cm x 10cm, finished with foam feet on the underside to protect furniture and worktops.
Each piece is engraved into genuine Highland slate, so slight natural variation in grain is part of the material rather than a flaw.
Timings and larger orders: every order is made to order, so please allow longer than usual for dispatch. If you need your coasters for a particular date, or you would like more than 120, send us a message before ordering and we will confirm timings and quantities.
